Split Training Programs

Split training involves dividing your weekly workout sessions into separate days to focus on individual body parts. Our first Split Training program is a 3-day plan. You will complete the same 3 classes for the next 3-4 weeks. Increasing your weights and building strength. Recovery is an important part of this program, so be sure to follow a workout day with a recovery (yoga or foam rolling day).
