Through the connection of movement with breath our Yoga Flow, vinyasa-style yoga class, will help improve balance, build strength and increase your flexibility. The dynamic sequence of postures will focus on alignment to support you in maintaining and deepening your personal practice.
In Restorative yoga, poses will be held for longer amounts of time and use props available at home to take some or all of the effort out of the poses.
